Catherine Porter Moore, M.D. received her Ph.D. in molecular physiology and biophysics from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX and her medical degree from the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine in Richmond. She returned to Texas for her residency and fellowship. As a practicing physician, her interest in aesthetics and wellness grew, which led to the establishment of Defying Time. Dr. Moore proudly stands behind all that Defying Time has to offer and strives to find more ways to serve her patients. Her passion is in giving patients the best of the best, ensuring their satisfaction, and watching them live their best lives!
Delana Hudson has over a decade of medical aesthetic experience and accomplishments; she holds over 25 current licenses and certifications in the industry! In true fashion, she brings an outstanding wealth of knowledge to the table that keeps her patients effortlessly Defying Time. Delana is a very hands-on professional that goes the extra mile to get to know her patients and their needs to ensure they leave happy and satisfied with their experience.
Delana has a contagious spirit of enthusiasm for life. In her free time, she loves crafts, the outdoors, and her cute dog, Jetsen!
Elevating beauty with clinical precision and artistic touch, Miranda Chick, BSN, RN began her nursing career in Pediatric Psychiatry before transitioning into Surgical Nursing with a focus on Plastic Surgery. Since becoming a Registered Nurse in 2018, she has spent the past five years specializing as an aesthetic injector, blending clinical expertise with an artistic eye to deliver natural, personalized results.
Miranda is deeply committed to creating a collaborative and empowering experience for each patient. She emphasizes education, trust, and individualized care—ensuring that every treatment plan is tailored to enhance natural beauty while aligning with each client’s goals. Known for her gentle approach and thoughtful presence, Miranda strives to help patients feel confident in their skin—both inside and out.
Outside of her clinical work, Miranda is a devoted wife and mother of two daughters. She values connection, creativity, and balance—and brings that same heart-centered intention to every patient relationship.

Defying Time is absolutely amazing. I was referred here by a friend who has had some great results with her skin health. From the very beginning, Brooklyn and Dr. Moore spent some one on one time with me to discuss my concerns with an issue I have with melasma and issues I had with a couple of places that I need corrected. Then I got to meet the fabulous Delana, who has been nothing short of informative and caring in my journey to get rid of the melasma and the issues developed from other businesses. Delana is caring of my concerns, takes her time, explains the treatment plan and what to expect. She has gone above and beyond to work with the care team at the office to come up with solutions for my specific treatment plan! This past visit they performed the Glo Laser Treatmentand a chemical peel and I am seeing amazing results in just a few short days! I cannot wait to see the full results in a few more days and the progressive results over the next several months! Delana, Dr. Moore, and Brooklyn are truly the best in the business and why I will drive an hour to see them once a month for my treatments! Ladies (and gentlemen) you need to consult with Defying Times if you haven’t! They provide so many services! And not mention Dr. Moore is a board certified physician fellowed in anti aging who comes onsite, not like other places who have their doctor planted somewhere of site and does not consult with you if you need them!
